Lattafa Kosova provides same business day shipping as standard option on all perfume orders.
All orders placed before 12pm Monday-Friday will be shipped the same working day.
Any orders placed after 12pm Monday-Thursday will be shipped the next working day.
Any orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday.
Republic of Kosova
Shipped same day for orders before 12pm, delivery within 1-2 days.
Albania, North Macedonia and Moentenegro
Shipped next day for all orders, delivery within 4-7 days.
Parcel Forwarding Services
If you ship to a mail forwarding company, we will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company. Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk. Lattafa Kosova is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
International Shipping
Multiple Shipping Addresses
We are unable to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. To ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each address.
Business Days & Holidays
Our office opening hours are 9am - 5pm EST Monday to Friday.
Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on weekends or public holidays in Republic of Kosova.
Tracking Orders
You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of your order being placed. Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number in your email.
